TYPE OF WORK PERFORMED:
- Demoed and remodeled all finishes of first floor due to flood water damage (all flood water damage repair & remodeling jobs start with this)
- Included imported wood floors, imported black limestone at man cave, leather wallpaper, imported cabinet veneers, re-plumbed and re-wired kitchen, remodeled kitchen layout to be more useful

SUMMARY: This Houston area home suffered flood water damage throughout. The first floor had to be demoed and completely remodeled.
Trey Brooks and his team of highly qualified contractors put this unique modern home back together. Replacing floors with imported gray wood throughout the first floor. Walnut kitchen cabinets replaced with modern glossy white cabinet veneers. Transforming a nonfunctional kitchen layout to be more efficient and inviting.
We also re-vamped the owner’s man cave with imported black limestone and sleek leather wallpaper.
