  • Replumbed master bath to support shower room with freestanding tub and large shower
  • Oversized porcelain tiles used in shower walls
  • Custom cabinets throughout

LOCATION: Houston, TX

SUMMARY: When flood and water damage happens, that’s when Brooks Construction Group steps in to fix the damages quickly and correctly. This out dated master bath was gutted and re-plumbed. The master bath supports a freestanding tub and large open shower.

Replaced tiles with beautiful over-sized off-white porcelain tiles in shower.

Bland cabinets removed and new custom cabinetry made this sleek white modern master bath complete.

Flood Water Restoration Project – Meyerland (Houston, TX)

TYPE OF PROJECT: Flood Water Restoration & Remodel

TYPE OF WORK PERFORMED:

  • Demoed and remodeled all finishes of first floor due to flood water damage (all flood water damage repair & remodeling jobs start with this)
  • Included imported wood floors, imported black limestone at man cave, leather wallpaper, imported cabinet veneers, re-plumbed and re-wired kitchen, remodeled kitchen layout to be more useful

SUMMARY: This Houston area home suffered flood water damage throughout. The first floor had to be demoed and completely remodeled.

Trey Brooks and his team of highly qualified contractors put this unique modern home back together. Replacing floors with imported gray wood throughout the first floor. Walnut kitchen cabinets replaced with modern glossy white cabinet veneers. Transforming a nonfunctional kitchen layout to be more efficient and inviting.

We also re-vamped the owner’s man cave with imported black limestone and sleek leather wallpaper.
